THERE
Finding 'there'
THERE
Practicing mindfulness but...
I've been trying to find 'there' my whole life. When I was little, it was are we there yet. We never were.
As I got older, 'there' could be anywhere from somewhere outside of myself to looking for deep inner joy, but 'there' was never found.
The one time I took LSD in the 60's, I had a moment of clarity. I had discovered finally, where 'there' was. I wrote it down on a piece of paper to memorialize my inspiration to look at the next day. It felt good to finally know.
When I awoke the next day I hurried to find the piece of paper I had written my divinely inspired sentence on. I found it. The sentence read"A horse has a tail."There was no 'there, 'there'

It is said religion is for people who don't want to go to hell. Spirituality is for people who have already been there.
Break over, back to topic
If you call me and say "Are you there?", I have to respectfully say "No, I'm here", you are there.
Therefore, (as I can not be therethree or thereseven) I have given up the search for 'there'
I am approaching my 75th birthday in a few months. In three-quarters of a century, a long pursuit for an answer, I have not found 'there', nor do I know what "X" is unless it refers to wives, which I don’t think it does because “X” is math which is precise and wives are in real life which is anything but precise.
Today I'm more concerned with 'here' as ironically, sometimes I'm not, because, well, 'I’m ‘there’. Go figure. In the final analysis, they say you can not get ‘there’ from here but that just is not trueI. I have to be here so I can get to ‘there’ . I actually had the answer all along.however, that is really neither 'here' nor 'there'.
